An acupuncture treatment provides a peaceful space from the hustle and bustle of life and offers a natural and chemical-free way of promoting the body's own remarkable self-healing abilities so you can get back to living well.
I qualified as an acupuncturist in 2008 with a British Acupuncture Council accredited BSc (hons) degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the University of Westminster. I'm fully licensed and insured, and practice acupuncture and facial revitalisation acupuncture in and around Worthing.
I've completed post-graduate acupuncture training for the management of physical pain, tension & injuries, chronic pain & health conditions, sports injuries, stroke recovery, obstetrics, fertility and stress & trauma related conditions such as anxiety, depression and PTSD. I've also organised and assisted with the teaching at a number of facial revitalisation acupuncture professional training workshops.

I practice a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Meridian Balance Method. My approach allows for selection of points on the lower arms and legs away from the site of pain, meaning it's not necessary to undress and you can relax on the couch or chair in complete comfort.
